I'm a life, career, and business coach. I'm also an author, speaker, and the founder of a coaching practice for ambitious people navigating career pivots, business launches, and personal breakthroughs.

For the past decade, I've helped clients get out of their own way, advocate for what they deserve, and build lives and careers they're genuinely proud of. My work draws on 16+ years in talent acquisition and a coaching methodology refined through hundreds of hours with clients across industries.

I've also built a global community of over 800,000 across social media, where I share stories, strategies, and cultural commentary on audacity, self-belief, and building the life you actually want.

My forthcoming book, Big Delulu Energy (Park Row Books / HarperCollins, April 2027), is a love letter to the power of delusion, audacity, self-belief, and going after what feels out of reach.
